Terms of Purchase – Print Newspaper Delivery

By placing an order for our print newspaper delivery service through www.theretreatbycarley.com, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Product Description

We offer a print newspaper, delivered on a monthly basis to your provided mailing address. Each issue contains curated content related to wellness, retreats, lifestyle, and other topics relevant to The Retreat by Carley’s community.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a subscription option is offered.

  • We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing if applicable.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Print editions are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

  • Please allow [14-17 business days] for processing and delivery after the release date.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our control.

4. Address Changes

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and up to date. Address changes must be submitted at least [7 days] before the next delivery cycle by contacting carley@theretreatbycarley.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of printed materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once the issue has been printed or shipped.

  • If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a future recurring subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to carley@theretreatbycarley.com.

  • We do not offer partial refunds for remaining issues on canceled subscriptions.

7. Pricing & Changes

  • Prices are listed on the product page and are subject to change with notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the newspaper delivery service at any time. In such cases, any remaining undelivered issues will be refunded accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to late delivery, non-delivery, or printing errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
